in the SIGNA Scholarship Foundation.
The SIGNA Scholarship Foundation is a 501(c) (3) organization of alumni/ae of the Office of Security (OS) which continues the fellowship and sociability formed during officers’ careers in the security field at the Agency. It is our hope, through the Foundation’s scholarship awards, to continue to be involved with our former Organization and to have a positive impact on the lives of the children and grandchildren of the OS officers. For the 2022-2023 school year, the Foundation awarded three $3000 scholarships in the names of 1) The SIGNA Society’s membership, 2) The SIGNA Founders and 3) The Harry J. Fitzwater Scholarship, named after a former Deputy Director for Administration.

SIGNA Scholarship Foundation Application
If you start your application but need to complete it at a later date, please fill out the first page of the form and click ‘Save & Continue Later‘. An email will be sent to the email address you provided with a link that will allow you to return to complete your application. This link will only be active for 30 days for the time it is sent.
Near the end of the online application, you will find fields to upload the requested documents (transcripts, test scores, recommendation letters, essay).
Please note that for security purposes, any documents that you upload will not be saved in the application so it is best to upload them all together when you are ready to submit.
